Ceremony Times
The graduation ceremonies will take place at 12:30pm and 3:00pm on October 31st 2025.
When you register for graduation with Ede & Ravenscroft, you will be allocated either the morning or afternoon ceremony – don’t worry, we have kept classmates in the same ceremony.
On arrival
When you arrive at Easterbrook Hall, you will be asked to register your attendance so we know you’re here.
You’ll then be directed to collect your gown and asked to make your way to the Crichton Church to be seated.
Registration will close 30 minutes before your ceremony begins, so you must arrive in time.
Dietary requirements
If you or your guests have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance by emailing graduation@dumgal.ac.uk clearly labelling your dietary requirements and stating that they are for graduation.
Accessibility
Both Easterbrook Hall and the Crichton Church are fully accessible but if you have any worries, please contact us beforehand at graduation@dumgal.ac.uk
Photography
To capture your special day, we will have a photographer and videographer on site so please be aware that there may be flash photography in your vicinity. Photos and videos that you and your guests feature in may also be used on public platforms such as social media, our website and any other college promotions.
If you do not wish for your photo to be used or to be featured in the video footage, please make the photographer and videographer aware.
