Ceremony Times
The graduation ceremonies will take place at 10:30am and 2:00pm on December 4th 2023.
When you register for graduation with Ede & Ravenscroft, you will be allocated either the morning or afternoon ceremony – don’t worry, we have kept classmates in the same ceremony.
On arrival
When you arrive at the Henry Duncan building of our Dumfries campus, you will be asked to register your attendance so we know you’re here.
You’ll then be directed to collect your gown and wait to be allocated a space in the procession to the church.
Dietary requirements
If you or your guests have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance by emailing graduation@dumgal.ac.uk clearly labelling your dietary requirements and stating that they are for graduation.
Accessibility
Both Easterbrook Hall and the Crichton Church are fully accessible but if you have any worries, please contact us beforehand at graduation@dumgal.ac.uk
Photography
To capture your special day, we will have a photographer and videographer on site so please be aware that there may be flash photography in your vicinity. Photos and videos which you and your guests feature in may also be used on public platforms such as social media, our website and any other college promotions.
If you do not wish for your photo to be used or to be featured in the video footage, please make the photographer and videographer aware.
