Book your FREE gown and any photography packages you wish to purchase through our specially selected partner, Ede & Ravenscroft.
Just sign up with your student number and log in to view ceremony times, confirm your attendance, book your gown and let us know if you’re bringing a guest with you.

Frequently Asked Questions
- When can I collect my gown?
You can collect your gown anytime from 09.00 on the day of your graduation. If you wish to get photographs before your ceremony, this allows you to do so. - Where can I collect my gown from?
You can collect your gown from Easterbrook Hall – the gown hire area will be signposted and there will be staff there available to help you. - How do I return my gown?
Before you leave, make sure to return your hired gown no later than 5.30pm on the day of your ceremony. The gown return will be in Easterbrook Hall.
Photography
You can purchase your professional photography when you register for your gown through Ede & Ravenscroft. They have a number of different options and packages available. Alternatively, you do have the option to buy a photography package on the day, however, we recommend you book beforehand to eliminate any timing or capacity issues.
